Bunches of sage in sea creatures, the do-or-die garlic bread, hummus spiked with jalapeños and tangy mint. The Zoë x Tamu collection was brought to life last week by chef Grace of Patiki surrounded by the islands finest female creatives.

PATIKI HUMMUS

- Rinse 1 jar of chickpeas really well and add them to your blender

- Pour in the juice of 3 lemons and the zest of 1

- Finely grate (microplane) 2 cloves of garlic

- Add a  BIG pinch of sea salt and about 1/3 of a pot of tahini & 1/2 a cup of olive oil

- Turn the blender on and leave it spinning for about 10 minutes until all is silky

- Spread it out on a big plate and cover with olive oil, lemon juice and any fresh herbs you can find
