A refreshing blend of tequila, fresh tangy grapefruit and zesty limes.
CABAÑA Apéritif
Method
- Fill a tumbler glass with ice.
- Add 1 1/2 shots of Patrón silver tequila (or any good quality blanco).
- Add Juice of half a fresh lime.
- Juice half of a fresh ruby grapefruit into the glass.
- Top up with ginger beer or soda water depending on your preference.
- Add a slice of fresh ginger and a few pomegranate seeds.
Sip alongside olives and salted almonds and see how the night unfolds.
