Fearne: I’m running, doing yoga & going to bed early! I’ve been practising yoga for 10 years now, my teachers along the way have really opened up my eyes to the physical & mental release available.

Fearne: I’m literally dreaming of the 'This Is Us' characters because I’m SO obsessed.

    TRANQUILA TRIBE: VOL. I

Zoë and her tribe share their tips and tricks to staying 'tranquila' amidst the mayhem - with effortless ideas, this is your new, go-to weekly memo.

We kick off Vol. I with Zoë, who talks Padel tennis, daring documentaries and dreams of sandy barefoot hangouts and favourable gin to tonic ratios.

For an insight into Zoë's personal life follow @zoe_jor_dan

What are you reading?: The Overstory, a chunky novel by Richard Powers and flicking through all the old editions of my AD España magazines.

What are you watching?: We loved Free Solo and Dawn Wall, awe-inspiring climbing docs, which also served as inspo fodder for my current Tramuntana collection. Also crushing on Pamela Adlon in Better things, wondering why I didn’t name one of my girls Duke?!

What are you wearing?: When not in my tennis skirt and bomber, I’m safely cocooned in new baggy jeans and the new Ocean Cabaña, some kind of headband to detract from my crazy mullet.

How are you staying sane?: Playing lots of padel tennis to keep me active and outdoors, I have a tournament this weekend! I love making raw chocolate chucking with whatever nuts and dried fruits I have about, ginger and pecan is current fave. Epsom salt baths, and I have to be honest, I have a crossword book, yep, and it is ace for those sneaky and necessary 10 mins here and there.

What are you dreaming about?:  I am dreaming of Formentera beach shacks and open top jeeps, crisp cotton throws on sunkissed skin, old friends, buzzy tunes and swimming pool-size gins.

It's official, the end is in sight! Combat lockdown lethargy with our go-to weekly guide to help get us to the finish line. This week we hear from Anita Patrickson and Deborah Brett who talk all things pottery, table mountain hikes and dreams of returning to the warmer climes of Es Vedrà, Ibiza.

    ANITA PATRICKSON
FASHION STYLIST & FOUNDER OF AMANU | @anitapatrickson

    ZJ: What are you reading?
Anita: Walter Isaacson's biography on Leonardo da Vinci

    ZJ: What are you watching?
    Anita:
I am currently watching 'My Octopus Teacher' on Netflix.

    ZJ: What are you wearing?
    Anita:
I have been living in my favourite ZJ punch pink tie-dye Cabaña.

ZJ: How are you staying sane?
Anita:  Luckily I managed to get back to South Africa to ride out the lockdown with my family. So, I am being spoiled with good weather, hikes up Table Mountain and game drives in the bush... that and working on our @amanustudio summer collection!

ZJ: What are you dreaming about?
Anita: The day that I can hug and kiss and squeeze all my friends instead of awkward elbow bumping!

    DEBORAH BRETT
    FASHION EDITOR & CERAMIST | @deborahbrett

    ZJ: What are you reading?
Deborah: I'm not normally a fan of self improvement books but 'Fears to Fierce' by Brita Schmidt-Fernandez is one of the most energising and uplifting women I know.

    ZJ: What are you watching?
    Deborah:
As a ceramicist I can't help but get immersed in 'The Great Pottery Throw Down'. My kids love watching it with me and I bore them with explaining all the techniques.

    ZJ: What are you wearing?
    Deborah:
I'm trying get used to buttons on trousers and shoes that close. I've been living in cosy knits and fluffy slippers for so long.

ZJ: How are you staying sane?
Deborah: I have been locking myself away in my garage which has become my pottery studio over lockdown. Focusing on clay is extremely meditative and an excellent way of blocking out negativity.

ZJ: What are you dreaming about?
Deborah Brett: Seeing the blue and white tiles in my courtyard in Ibiza. I can't wait to have the warmth of the Ibithan sun on my face again, breakfast on the terrace looking at Es Vedrà - bliss!
